  • 2Swim4Life '19  is raising money for The Mix - a mental health charity for under 25 year olds..The money would go towards running the helpline triage tool which includes the webchat, crisis helpline and email. For example, money you raise can be used as following:
  • £1000 can help on average 77 young people get the help and support from The Mix helpline by offering them emotional support and signposting to young people in crisis or stuck for information.
  • £2000 will give 25 young people in crisis access to The Mix life changing counselling service. It can also enable 4 young people in crisis to have full life changing counselling sessions with one of The Mix’s trained counsellors.
  • You are welcome to make your own sponsorship page by following the link and using the right hand link to sponsor.

There will be representatives of the charity present during the day and I really hope you can raise some sponsorship to allow them to help more young people. I will add the sponsorship when I've got it made. Thank you.
